"My wife and I have been a client With Rick Sanchez State Farm agency my wife for at least 20 years myself for about 10 years and this has been the worst service that I received in a very long time for two weeks. I've been asking for an insurance quote with hurricane protection that I installed in my house I've been getting the runarounds. I haven't been getting calls back. They put me a premium then they raise it to the point where I'm shopping for another insurance company through another agency very sad and very disappointment. I'm in the retail industry and this is very unacceptable."

"Julie from State Farm was impressive … she kept my number and months later when State Farm lowered its rates substantially … she reached out to me and showed me … she lowered my rates to the point where now I insure TWO cars for LESS than the cost I was paying for ONE … I was ready to brush her off when she called me me long after but she remembered my name so i paid attention a minute longer than normal and wow .. she showed me it was a good thing I listened … I would get on the phone to these people … rates have come down at least with this office … so smart of her to reach it … its like a hot stock and she called you to tell you … to get it and it does amazing … her perseverance was surprising that she remembered me and called me…. I would sign on just because of her … that kind of support is rare…"
